Shipping and Handling
- All shipping is through USPS first class, domestically and internationally.
- Insurance is not included, please contact me or purchase insurance separately if you would like your package insured.
- Orders can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to process and pack. Please contact me upon 11 business days for order inquiries.
- Once shipped, orders that are lost or damaged are subject to a claim I will process if the package is insured. I am not in control of what happens after the package is dropped off at the post office.
- Return packages that are received must be paid in full shipping again. I am not liable for packages that are lost in transit on return.
- All pins are bubble wrapped, put into a ganza bag, and shipped inside a bubble mailer.
- I don't combine shipping.
Preorders
- Preorders can take over 3 months to complete. If you cannot wait this long, I recommend you do not purchase. I will ALWAYS have extras available at a later date.
- NO Refunds on preorders under any circumstances. If a chargeback is filed you will be banned from my shop and all platforms.
- All preorders will receive the best of the batch. If stock allows, every order will receive A Grade. If not, some preorders may be subject to B Grade with a respective refund (Check Grading Policy).
Terms and Conditions that are accepted upon purchase of a preorder:
- The outcome of colors on the pin will be affected by the pin effect.
- Differences between the art proof and final product may arise as the computer adjusts certain colors during proofing.
- Art designs and pins may appear different due to constraints on the number of colors available.
Pin Grading
- Standard/A Grade: No noticeable flaws. However, tiny imperfections in effects or enamel may be present since pins are handcrafted. It is important to note that my perception of a standard grade may be different than your's. I will do my best to uphold the best quality of standard I can.
- B-Grades: Pins that have more noticeable defects. These may include missing chains, charms, or jewels, large areas of plating missing on the back of the pin, large areas of imperfection on the metal sides of the pin, multiple points of imperfections on the metal plating, overfilled enamel flooding some metal lines, moderately scuffed enamel or metal, gouges or marks on enamel, missing enamel, numerous air bubbles, and absent metal lines.
Please note that I do not grade the back of a pin, only the front is.
Replacements
- I offer replacements on Standard/A Grade pins that are heavily flawed and incorrectly received pins. I do not offer replacements on B Grade pins.
- Upon delivery of your pin per USPS tracking, you have 3 days to contact me for a replacement. When inquiring for a replacement, please email me on [email protected] with your order number, pictures highlighting the reason for a replacement, and subject the email "Replacement Inquiry". I cannot guarantee a replacement request will be fulfilled and I have the right to deny the inquiry. Please do not send the pin back without my confirmation as you will be responsible for paying shipping in full again of the same product. I will not ship your replacement till I have received your pin.
Cancelations/Refunds/Drop Buddies
Drop buddies are awesome and are a good way to have a better chance of scoring a pin you want! Please note however, I will not do refunds or address changes. Please handle that amongst you and those assisting you. Requests for refunds or cancelations will not be considered.
